Weekly File Schedule
Deadlines
Thursday noon: All updated manager files e-mailed to
commish. Commish will send updated “play
ball” league files by Friday a.m.
Tuesday noon: All box score results e-mailed to
commish. Commish will send updated
league files by Wednesday a.m.
Please Note:
·
If you are the visiting team and you do not send an updated manager file
to me in time to have it included in the league files, you may send it directly
to the home team manager that is playing the games that week. As a courtesy, the home team manager may
load the file. If the first game of the
series has already started to be played or the home team manager does not read
the e-mail with the updated file, the home team manager has no obligation to
load the late file.
·
If you are the home team and you do not send an updated manager file to me in time to have
it included in the league files, you may not change your manager file settings
for that week. This would give you an
unfair advantage. The only exception
would be to replace an injured starter that is in your rotation.
·
If you are the home team and you notice that due to injuries from a previous series, a
starting pitcher for the visiting team has an EPC of 0 at the start of a game,
you should inactivate the injured starter and activate the starting pitcher on
the bench with the most real-life IP. Since
this situation occurred due to the visiting manager not sending an updated
manager file, the home team manager has no obligation to contact the visiting
manager to ask for a starting pitcher replacement preference.
·
If a manager does not send the box score results on time, the
commish will sim the series. The commish
should be notified in advance of this situation. If the
commish must repeatedly sim games for a team without advance notice, it will be
an issue.
·
If a visiting manager wants to play a series on-line, I suggest
e-mailing the home manager before the updated “play ball” files are sent to the
league. The home team is not obligated
to play on-line, but as a courtesy the home manager should at least reply to
the e-mail stating they prefer to not play on-line.
·
If a home team is not available to play their games for any reason,
he can either 1) give the visiting manage the option of playing the games or 2)
notify the commish that the games need to be simulated.

the games that were selected. At your
option, this can be changed. This is the file you will e-mail to me.
5) On the right hand side
of the window below the file name is the export folder where the file will be
saved. At your option, this can be
changed.
6) Click Begin Export
7) Attach the file you just
created and e-mail it to me
If you accidently selected
the wrong box score games and created your export file, you can always
re-select box score games and create a new export file.
